Turn your static header into a dynamic one. Using the latest technology Prop Data will bring your website header to life by including a series of moving text and images. This add-on will create attention, make your website stand out even more from your competitors and help engage your website visitors.

Homepage Banner Adverts
Add a custom-designed banner advert to your website's homepage. Positioned just above the "Featured Properties" facility on your website's homepage, the advert will certainly catch any website visitor's attention and is designed to promote a New Development, re-sales or rentals within a particular estate or a featured geographic location. Prop Data will design and develop a flash banner advert and then either link the banner to the New Development details page or to the search results of properties for sale or to rent within a particular estate or suburb.

Commercial & Industrial Module
This module will enable you to list Commercial & Industrial For Sale and To Let properties on your website. Once the module is activated, you will be able to data capture or feed Commercial & Industrial listing data directly into the back-end Listing Management System. All website features and facilities, outlined in this proposal, will also be available for these listings.

New Developments Module
This module will enable you to list New Developments For Sale on your website. Once the module is activated, you will be able to data capture New Development listing data directly into the back-end Listing Management System. All website features and facilities, outlined in this proposal, will also be available for these listings.

Holiday Letting Module
The new Holiday Letting Module enables you to list and promote short-term rentals on your website. Once the module is activated you will be able to data capture or feed Holiday Letting listing data directly into the back-end Listing Management System. Holiday Makers will then be able to search for self-catering homes to rent in your area's by rates per night, view the Seasons Rate Calendar and make a booking enquiry online.

Make an Offer Module
The Make an Offer Module is designed to better engage prospective buyers, encourage repeat traffic and increase the number of leads generated on your website by enabling your visitors to view a history of past offers on a particular property and then submit their own offer online. The prospective buyer will then get notified via email of any subsequent offers and encouraged to return to the website and make another offer. All offers are logged in the back-end Offers Management System and sent via email to the listing agent.

Area Profiles Module
This module enables you to provide your website visitors with a detailed profile of every area you operate in. The additional content will most likely improve your organic search engine rankings for location specific keywords / phrases, increase the quantity and quality of website traffic and ultimately increase the number of website leads. The area profile pages also make great landing pages for Google AdWord Campaigns as the content will be more specific to the sponsored location keywords and more likely to increase your conversion rate. The back-end Area Profile Management system allows you to add and edit an unlimited number of area profiles.

Additional "About Us" Pages
You have the option of inserting additional content pages to the website (such as Franchise Opportunities, Careers, Corporate Social Responsibility etc..) under the About Us section. You will be able to update the page's content from the back-end Content Management System in real time. The new content page will be found as a sub-navigation in the About Us section and includes a page heading, image with caption, body of text, and a bookmark and share facility.

Branch Level Access
The Office Website Management System, your website's online control panel, comes standard with a single master administrator access level. That means that every user has the same login details and each user has full access to all data, across all branches, and full access to all management system facilities.

The Branch Level Access ad-on enables you to give each branch administrator their own login details and limit their access exclusively to their office data in the Office Website Management System. Branch administrators will no longer be able to view or edit other branch listings, add a news article, update any website content or alter the website's settings.

Website Data Feed
The Office Website Management System can be integrated with most online listing management systems. Our XML Web Service enables 3rd party systems to feed branch, agent and listing data directly to the Office Website Management System via an XML data feed.

Website Mailing List Import
Need to import your current mailing list into the Office Website Management System? Simply provide Prop Data with the subscriber's name, surname, category (eg. Buyer, seller, tenant etc...) and associated branch, in Excel or any other CSV format, and we will import your mailing list into the Office Website Management System.

Additional Domain
Prop Data will register or transfer and host any additional .co.za domain on your behalf and either point it to your website or park it.

Additional Email
Prop Data will setup and host additional domain email boxes with up to 100MB storage, virus protection and spam filtering. Prop Data's Web Mail service will enable you to access your email account for any computer with an internet connection, at any time, using a web browser.

Local Website Hosting
Move your website from international to South African based hosting and not only improve the website's speed but create an overall improved user experience. Your website will be hosted on one of Prop Data's state-of-the-art Unix web servers that boast a 99.9% uptime, daily data backups, regular security audits and software upgrades. All Prop Data servers are housed in a secure, environmentally controlled data centre with UPS and generator power back-up facilities.

Search Engine Optimisation
Search Engine Optimization (SEO) is the process of improving the volume or quality of traffic to a website from search engines via "natural" or "organic" search results. Typically, the higher a site ranks in the search engine results, the more visits it will receive from the search engine. By using specialised word tracking software, Prop Data will research and identify website specific keywords and phrases, and optimize your website's content and URL's to target those key phrases. On a monthly basis Prop Data will track, analyze and report on your website's traffic and search engine rank (i.e. the page and position your website is ranked for each optimized keyword and phrase) and make recommendations on how to improve your results.

Google AdWord Campaign
Google AdWords is a pay-per-click online advertising campaign that allows you to sponsor specific keywords and phrases, relevant to your business, it's services and geographic location, and display text ads in the Google Search Results. When visitors search a sponsored keyword / phrase on Google, your text ad will appear on the top or right of the search results. So clients are finding you where and when they are looking for your services! You choose your keywords, region and advertising budget and only pay when a visitor actually clicks on your text ad and visits your website.

Property Listing Syndication
Maximize your online exposure by promoting your listings on high-traffic property portals. When you list a property on the Office Website Management System, you will be given the option to select the property portal/s you wish to promote the listing on. Prop Data's Property Listing Syndication Service will then send the listing data, via XML data feed, to the selected portals with the click of a mouse.

Prop Data’s new Facebook Integration Module enables you to do exactly that! Prop Data will not only create your branch’s Facebook Page, update your company information and design your profile image, but we will also integrate your website with Facebook and automatically post all new branch listings and property news and advice articles to your Wall in real time. Users will be able to comment on your blog and even subscribe to it.
