| You now have the ability to select your own Featured Properties and promote the listings of your choice on your website's homepage. Simply login to the Real Estate Website Management System and select as many featured properties as you want in the Listing Management System. The website will then randomly display the selected listings as "Featured Properties" on your website's homepage. Prop Data has now put you in control of the properties a potential buyer is exposed to when they first visit your website, however if you do not manually select any listings the system will continue to randomly select for you. |

You can now add a custom-designed banner advert to your website's homepage. Positioned just above the "Featured Properties" facility on your website's homepage, the advert will certainly catch any website visitor's attention and is designed to promote a New Development, re-sales or rentals within a particular Estate or a featured geographic location. Prop Data will design and develop a flash banner advert and then either link the banner to the New Development details page or to the search results of properties for sale or to rent within a particular estate or suburb.
