| Area Profile Module |

The exciting new Area Profile Module enables you to provide your website visitors with a detailed profile of every area you operate in. Not only does this new module add value to your website's content and provide prospective buyers and tenants with easy access to area information, but the additional content will most likely improve your organic search engine rankings for location specific keywords / phrases, increase the quantity and quality of website traffic and ultimately increase the number of website leads. The area profile pages also make great landing pages for Google AdWord Campaigns as the content will be more specific to the sponsored location keywords and more likely to increase your conversion rate.
The back-end Area Profile Management system allows you to add and edit an unlimited number of area profiles. By simply selecting a specific area, inserting a detailed description on the location and uploading photographs, a new area profile page will be created on the front-end website in real time. Visitors will be a presented with a new "Area Profiles" link in the main navigation, a summary of all your area profiles grouped by Province and a detailed profile of the selected area. The profile includes a location photo gallery, map, detailed description, 5-day weather forecast, featured properties for each listing type, with links to the search results of all listings for sale or to let in that specific area.

| Branch Level Access |

The Real Estate Website Management System, your website's online control panel, comes standard with a single master administrator access level. This means that every user has the same login details and each user has full access to all data, across all branches, and full access to all management system facilities. For a once-off setup fee of R1 672.00 (ex VAT) Prop Data's new package add-on, Branch Level Access, now enables you to give each branch administrator their own login details and limit their access exclusively to their office data in the Real Estate Website Management System. Branch administrators will no longer be able to view or edit other branch listings, add a news article, update any website content or alter the website's settings.
